Managing Data Recorded Offline

While working offline, all recorded data is stored within the Offline Data panel within the Individual Caseload screen.

Once Community is connected to the internet again, the data recorded offline is automatically sent to the Community database and removed from the Offline Data panel.

Note - In order to download your caseload, you must access Community online at least once for the authentication service to work on the windows laptop you intend to use offline.
Note - After downloading your caseload, your caseload for today, yesterday and five days ahead is downloaded. The Patient Care screens for all required patients are also downloaded.
